• business or individual qualifies for either plan  
• employees can choose either plan
• there is no manditory employee participation or required number of hours per
  week to qualify for benefits
• employees are eligible for benefits the first day of employment 
• employees covered by their spouse's plan for Extended Health  and Dental have the 
  option of doubling coverage on these benefits
• it is Optional for the employer to contribute toward's an employees premium
• the Pay Direct Drug and  Employee Booklet  will be sent to the employee   
• employees can track claims and do adminsitration, on the insurance companies website 
• all benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following receipt of your application, approval
  of your medical information (if required) and receipt of the first months premium
• premiums are payable  annually , monthly by pre-authorized cheque or charge card
