   As an Owner/Operator you can purchase Weekly Income and/or Long Term Disability.

   if you decide to purchase Long Term Disability, all employees must apply.

   it is advisable disability premiums be paid by the employee, this ensures any monies received 
   from a claim will be received tax free.

   if an employee becomes disabled due to an accident or sickness they should apply for E.I.
